TERIYAKI TRI-TIP BOWLS

I’m excited to share one of our family favorites, a dinner idea that’s budget friendly, healthy & delicious!

EASY TRI TIP RECIPE BY ALL GRACED UP BLOG

What you’ll need:

  • your choice of meat

  • your choice of vegetable

  • your choice of carb

  • teriyaki sauce (we love the Soyaki from Trader Joes)

  • sriracha sauce

Preparation:

Whatever your preference is for meat (well, rare, medium) is the amount of time it’ll take you to prepare this meal. While you’re cooking the meat, you can cut up a head of cabbage & cook the rice.

Here are Traeger pellets (similar to what we use)

We have (and love!) this Traeger grill

Cost:

We watch for meats that go on sale & usually end up with a tri-tip (hence this dinner idea), but you really can incorporate any meat into this protein, carb & veggie dinner idea. It’ll roughly cost between $10-$12, maybe even less (depending on your family size). I always suggest buying rice in bulk to use for the month & sticking to a veggie that’s in season & on sale.

More budgeting tips!

How cool are these knives?

We have these kitchen towels. They are heavy duty.

My goal as a busy mom is to cut out the stressors, such as lavish meals. I believe another season of life will accommodate detailed recipes.  For now, we're trying to place focus on enjoying each others' company while consistently trying to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Some days we feast on feat & others we nibble on failure but we're sure the main course is always seasoned with grace.

With grace & coffee,
